Aviva Stadium

The Aviva Stadium is a short 10-minute walk from the Grand Canal Hotel.  The Stadium has a capacity for 51,700 spectators and has held some of the biggest on pitch battles in the rugby and football.

To date the Aviva Stadium has hosted Michael Buble, The Script, Neil Diamond, Madonna, Lady Gaga, AC/DC, Harry Styles and many more!

Bord Gáis Energy Theatre

An easy stroll from the Grand Canal Hotel, the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is a performing arts venue, located in the Dublin Docklands.  It is Ireland's largest fixed-seat theatre and offers a truly unique theatre experience where you can enjoy a variety of musicals, ballet, opera and so much more.

The Convention Centre Dublin

The Convention Centre Dublin is a world class, purpose-built conference and events venue.  Located on Spencer Dock, right on the River Liffey, it is easily recognisable for its nightly lights display and unique architectural design.


Also located in the Dublin Docklands, the 3 Arena is Dublins main concert venue.  An indoor amphitheatre with a capacity of 13,000, the state of the art venue has held many major concerts over the years, marking it as one of the top performing music venues in Europe.

Croke Park

The headquarters of the main sporting body in Ireland, the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), Croke Park is the spiritual home of Irish cultural nationalism and is the fourth largest sports stadium in Europe.  Every major GAA game is held here, with fans flocking from all across the country to support their team.

Concerts have also been held here, most notably, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift and Take That!

Royal Dublin Society (RDS)

Most notably known as Ireland’s top premier exhibition and event venue, the RDS was founded in 1731 and is ideally located in Ballsbridge and is home to Ireland’s largest exhibition and conference center.
