Opened in 2010, The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is a landmark building for the 21st Century. Recognised as a leading theatrical institute and performance centre in Europe, the theatre has welcomed over five million visitors since its opening.

The Lion King

Disney's The Lion King returns to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre after breathtaking performances and a sold-out run in 2022.
With an incredible cast of more that 50 actors, singers and dancers, the story of 'The Lion King' roars into life using spectacular masks, puppets and costumes to tell the story of Simba's journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands.
