First time staying here. Really impressed with this hotel. Lovely quiet and comfortable room. Staff at reception and in bar were excellent. Looking forward to our next stay.

Had a lovely time at this hotel! Arrrived at 1pm (checkin is not until 4pm) and the woman at reception went above and beyond to see if our room was available (which it was). It was amazing to check in early as I am 7 months pregnant so I was able to sit down for an hour before we had to go to our show in the Bord Gais. Very quiet street, did not hear any street noise and we are at the front of the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and staff were very friendly. Hotel very clean and so close to Bord Gais, Grand Canal Dock, Grand Canal station, Aviva Stadium and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance too. Would be very handy place to stay for business travel too. Complimentary parking (small amount of spaces but we had no problem getting a space). Would recommend and revisit this hotel!

Clean room, comfy beds. The only thing I would say is that the holders for the shampoo/shower gel etc need to be changed as it's very awkward to get them out of the bottles.

Our stay at the Grand Canal Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and luxurious, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the food was excellent, the location was perfect, the theatre break package was good value, and the parking was very secure. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Arranged an early check-in and everything worked great. Nice, quiet room, good buffet breakfast and a well situated base for going into the city, Shelbourne greyhounds or the Aviva. Staff helpful. Good value.

Good rooms well maintained , excellent walk in shower, couldn’t find any fault with the standard and price of the breakfast and lunch. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay again and I have no qualms recommending this hotel. Other hotels could sit up and take note. Looking forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. I love that you have the Rituals products in the shower, the only thing I would suggest to change is that the shower head is a bit too small. Something slightly bigger would be better. Everything else was 10/10 and we will definitely come back

We had a lovely family trip to Dublin and the hotel met all our expectations. Clean comfortable rooms and beds, helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice.

We did not eat, so can't comment on the food. The room was in very good condition and looked like it had recently been refurbished. The bathroom was well presented and overall the room was very comfortable. A larger TV would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The staff, without exception were friendly and helpful and I particularly appreciate that reservations allowed me to move my booking when my flight was cancelled due to the storm during January. This gesture alone will ensure I recommend the hotel to anyone I know thinking of visiting Dublin.

Rooms spotless. Hotel central to where I needed to go. Room rates reasonable in this day and age. Stayed here before and would stay again.

I booked directly with the hotel for a one night stay due to a work event close by. Very impressed with the hotel & rooms. Staff were lovely throughout the hotel from reception to the restaurant. I must mention the hotel was very accommodating in cancelling my initial booking which was the time of the storm which prompted me to rebook for the rescheduled date of my work event. Thanks again for everything.

Very comfortable and quiet room, coupled with a freshly cooked breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. Bar also ideal for a few relaxed drinks
