Very clean room and facilities. Employees were helpful. The breakfast shop was convenient for an in and out breakfast. Price was reasonable for the area. Convenient to several very good restaurants. Check in and out was seamless. Good communications from hotel prior to stay. We would stay here again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the rooms were clean, modern and well maintained. Staff on check-in were courteous and friendly. I have rebooked for July due to the excellent experience.

The room was perfect, very comfortable, spacious with everything we needed. Appreciated the coffee machine and the ability to open the window! We also had great service and cocktails in the bar.

We loved out stay in this hotel. All of the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful, from emailing them to organise a birthday celebration for our friend to checking in and out. The rooms are lovely, having a walk in shower was a pleasant surprise! And the complimentary parking was a, really bonus. We'll definitely stay in this hotel again.

Thé hotel is great but the staff is really exceptional. From the first to last contact every member facilitate my stay in every single departments. You are close to main attractions and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

First time staying here. Really impressed with this hotel. Lovely quiet and comfortable room. Staff at reception and in bar were excellent. Looking forward to our next stay.

Had a lovely time at this hotel! Arrrived at 1pm (checkin is not until 4pm) and the woman at reception went above and beyond to see if our room was available (which it was). It was amazing to check in early as I am 7 months pregnant so I was able to sit down for an hour before we had to go to our show in the Bord Gais. Very quiet street, did not hear any street noise and we are at the front of the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and staff were very friendly. Hotel very clean and so close to Bord Gais, Grand Canal Dock, Grand Canal station, Aviva Stadium and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance too. Would be very handy place to stay for business travel too. Complimentary parking (small amount of spaces but we had no problem getting a space). Would recommend and revisit this hotel!

Clean room, comfy beds. The only thing I would say is that the holders for the shampoo/shower gel etc need to be changed as it's very awkward to get them out of the bottles.

Our stay at the Grand Canal Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and luxurious, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the food was excellent, the location was perfect, the theatre break package was good value, and the parking was very secure. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Arranged an early check-in and everything worked great. Nice, quiet room, good buffet breakfast and a well situated base for going into the city, Shelbourne greyhounds or the Aviva. Staff helpful. Good value.

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at the hotel and found the staff very helpful and friendly. A comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in! Thank you!
